High pressure resistant polyacetal elements in
the ME and MS series mixers insure quality performance.
The static mixers can be used with epoxies, urethanes, silicones and
acrylics for applications in electronics, medical devices, industrial
manufacturing and many others.
The bell-mouth is the
material entry end of the nozzle and the part that
fits over the meter-mix exit manifold - the opening where
the mixed two component material exits the dispenser from the machine side.
Static-mixing
elements inside the body of the nozzle are manufactured from high grade
polyacetal to withstand the higher pressures of meter-mix machines;
static-mixer housings are polypropylene. Luer-lock
static-mixers are also available for fine applications using luer-lock
tips; note part numbers with an “LL” suffix.
