The unit is designed to apply pipe dope, or thread locker to the outside diameter threads of a fitting.

The threaded fittings are placed in the circular groove of the manifold. The part is then pushed down to cycle the solenoid to open the valve. Material then comes out and the part is rotated by hand to coat the threads.

• Use with high flow front closing valve for dispensing pipe sealants.

• Use with diaphragm valve for thin materials such as CA or Anaerobic materials.

• Use any material reservoir, from a 1-liter bottle tank to a 10-gallon tank.

Choose from four different manifolds which can be easily switched out (on the same unit) to handle a range of parts, in outside diameter of 1/8"-3/8" or 3/4"-1-1/2" . Specify size.
