Mixing Nozzles
Static-mixers for Machines Only
with Bell Mouth of 0.657” Diameter
Static mixers are used with meter-mix-dispense equipment for precision
application of adhesives and sealants. High pressure resistant polyacetal
elements in the Blue and Yellow series mixers insure quality performance.
The static mixers can be used with epoxies, urethanes, silicones and
acrylics for applications in electronics, medical devices, industrial
manufacturing and many others.
How to Order
Use Part Ordering Numbers to order. If you currently have a mixing nozzle,
be sure that you order one of the same color - the interior colors determine
the fit on the machine you are using. If this is for a new application, you
should ask your formulator which mixer is best, or contact us to help you
select from our guide.
Please note:
It is critical to your successful use of these nozzles to
take note of the volume that they contain. If your cycle rate is not high
enough to empty your nozzle within the amount of time it takes for the
adhesive to harden, you may experience expensive and unnecessary waste.
